The coaxiality between the center of the nozzle exit hole of the laser cutting machine and the laser beam is an important factor affecting the quality of laser cutting processing. The thicker the workpiece being processed, the greater the impact. When the nozzle is deformed or has melting stains, it will directly affect the coaxiality, so the nozzle should be sealed and stored to avoid deformation caused by bumps and oxidation.
If the nozzle and the laser are not coaxial, it will have the following effects on the quality of laser cutting.
1. The effect on the laser cutting section: When the auxiliary gas is blown out from the nozzle, the gas volume is uneven, and there is a phenomenon that there are melting stains on one side and not on the other side. When cutting thin 3mm or less, are not very different; but cut more than 3mm when the plate when the impact is more serious, and sometimes can not cut through.
2. The effect on the sharp corners of the laser cutting workpiece: When the laser cutting workpiece has sharp corners or the angle is small, overmelting is easy to occur, and thick plates may not be cut.
3. for laser cutting impact perforation: perforation unstable and difficult to control the time of the slab will cause excessive degree of melting of, and penetrate conditions difficult to master.
